Maintenance Engineer III’s can be called upon to respond to buildings other than the ones they are primary responsible for and required to make necessary repairs as needed. On a rotating interval Maintenance Engineer III’s are required to be “on-call”, the engineers are responsible to respond to all calls and pages and resolve issues as needed. Maintenance Engineers are required to be available to work weekends and holidays as needed. Mechanical Maintenance Engineer II Under the direction of the Chief Engineer, the Maintenance Engineer II will work with mechanical maintenance engineers in their assigned buildings performing preventive maintenance and repairs of mechanical equipment and systems in those building. As skill levels and on-the- job experiences increase, the Maintenance Engineer II will be assigned buildings to perform preventive maintenance and repairs of mechanical equipment and systems in those buildings.
