This person will be primarily responsible for hybrid vehicle electrical / battery charging design and development. Responsible for design of various mechanical & electrical parts related to OEM integration of EquipmentShare proprietary products, and the design of products to support the overall EquipmentShare mission. Primary Responsibilities • Concept and develop mechanical/electrical components and systems that may include design of weldments, stampings or laser cut parts, and bonding of components. • Communication with suppliers and customers on product selection and integration • Work with manufacturing, product verification and validation, and suppliers to develop efficient and cost effective designs • Document the design solution required for production and product validation testing. • Work with 3D modeling software such as Creo and SolidWorks, including the modeling of components, sheet metal, and hydraulic or electrical routings, wire harnesses, and schematics. • Other duties and design projects as assigned Why EquipmentShare? DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION • Design and implement plans for alterations and additions to healthcare facilities, including modifications to mechanical, electrical, and other utility systems. Implement standards, design quality, technical support/troubleshooting, energy modeling of building systems, and developing the scope of projects complying with CMS, state, federal, fire regulations, insurance requirements, and environmental regulations. Coordinate and develop engineering scope for capital projects. • Integrate the system infrastructure assessment report to prioritize capital asset conditions annually.
