Mechanical Engineer - Elevator Systems Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our elevator engineering team. The ideal candidate will combine strong mechanical engineering fundamentals with specific expertise in elevator systems design, maintenance, and safety standards. [CMRT, CMRP, CRE or CRL preferred.] - Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment. - Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems/equipment, including HVAC, Cooling Towers, Boilers, Steam, plumbing, pneumatics, hydraulics, vacuum, and material handling equipment (example - forklifts, hoist, cranes, etc...). - Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. - Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to use various diagnostic tools and equipment. -Robotic systems knowledge and understanding functions preferred. - Experience with preventive maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), including using mobile technology devices. - Knowledge of lubrication systems and best practices to prevent contamination.
