Mechanical Engineer IV

Mechanical Engineer

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in consulting engineering with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. In this role, you’ll contribute to the design and development of mechanical systems for a variety of commercial, municipal, and industrial facilities. HVAC Mechanical Engineer

HVAC Mechanical Engineer Established MEP engineering firm is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with experience designing similar types of facilities for their Southern Delaware office. Applicants need to be familiar with building codes, ASHRAE and other applicable design standards. Applicants should have the ability to coordinate projects with Clients, and be able to prepare contract documents. Applicants must have knowledge of how to prepare/check cooling & heating load calculations, design air distribution systems and hydronic heating and cooling systems. In addition, applicants need to be able to run projects through construction, check shop drawings, be able to respond to RFI’s and perform detailed field surveys and building evaluations.
