Entry Level Mechanical Engineer

Job Description The Mechanical Engineer will support production processes and maintain documentation to ensure that parts meet the quality expectations of their customers. Responsibilities • Support production processes to ensure quality standards are met. • Maintain and manage engineering documentation such as BOMs, ECR, and ECN. • Assist with scheduling and preparing products for assembly. • Conduct process improvement projects and troubleshoot products to resolve issues and enhance performance. • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to facilitate smooth operations. Essential Skills • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME). • Experience with 2D AutoCAD or similar design software for product improvements and fixturing. • Knowledge of engineering documentation including BOMs, ECR, and ECN. • Process management skills with an understanding of scientific methods and changing variables. • Strong communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications • 0-1 years of experience, with internship or co-op experience preferred, in AutoCAD. • Experience in product design improvements and process improvements for customer products. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $36.05/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
