What we are looking for: Minimum Qualifications • 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field. • Prior experience in hardware systems engineering, encompassing design, testing, and delivery of training systems for the U.S. Military. • Strong knowledge of Autodesk Inventor to create material models including 3D part models. • Knowledge in interpreting data sheets. • Knowledgeable in various metalwork types, encompassing hardware and fasteners. • Understanding of PEM products and use for insertion/mounting of items to metalworks. • Prior experience in hardware repair and troubleshooting, encompassing cable fabrication, hardware installation, as well as preventative and corrective maintenance, and hardware repairs. • Have excellent problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills are esstential for this role. • US Secret Security Clearance Preferred Requirements • Previous U.S. Navy STAVE-CS Part Task Trainer experience. • Knowledgeable in Solid Edge and SolidWorks drawings. • Proficiency in interpreting schematics within Technical Data Packages (TDPs). • Strong knowledge/experience supporting functional configuration audits and physical configuration audits on US Navy platforms Physical Requirements • May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment.
