EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE • High school diploma or GED required. • 1-3 years of experience operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining mechanical machines and presses, preferably in a manufacturing environment. • Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of press operation and machine assembly. • Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance (EHS, ISO) preferred. • Proven ability to diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs efficiently. • Knowledge in Pneumatic and hydraulic functions a plus.
