Key Responsibilities: General: • Understand contracts, scope, manuals, and drawings; address questions proactively. • Collaborate with the Construction Manager to plan manpower, tools, equipment, and materials. • Regularly review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs). Subcontract Management: • Foster teamwork with subcontractors and ensure clarity on scope and responsibilities. • Monitor subcontractor activities for schedule adherence and quality. • Address safety and quality issues promptly, coordinating solutions with site management. • Track and report subcontractor progress and ensure material readiness.
