Must be experienced with tractor trailer PM's as well as Diesel/ Trailer mechanic repair work on Tractor-Trailers. Work will include: • Service trucks, trailers and buses with mechanical, lubrication, preventive maintenance, inspections and oil change services needed. • Maintain the shop area, including bays, equipment and tools to provide a safe and clean work environment • Assist with directing vehicles in/out of servicing bays and ensure use of chock blocks. • Ensure oil and grease procedures are conducted safely and properly in accordance with the flow charts specific to each service. • Present customers with our sales processes through an informative sales approach which includes informing the customer of all items whether in need of additional service or not. (CTO and CCO). Provide proper quotes. • Make sure that the oil dipstick has been verified before directing any customer to start their vehicle. • Properly complete all work order entries during and at the end of each service. • Ensure 100% accurate completion of fleet services specific to each company’s fleet procedure. • Assist with customer concerns and customer service issues for both owner operators and fleet business. • Report safety incidents/accidents to Store Management. • Conduct preventive maintenance on store equipment. • Make sure shelves are properly stocked. • Make sure all cores and used parts are disposed of properly. • During slow times will assist with work on Lube Services. • Complete any additional job duties assigned by the management staff. What you’ll do: • Assume primary leadership responsibilities for each assigned project in partnership with the designated project superintendent. • Evaluate the contractual scope of work. This individual will work with our project management team and our subcontractors to manage day-to-day site activities, driving field execution, and ensuring alignment with project schedule, safety standards, quality expectations, and design intent. The Field Superintendent plays a critical leadership role, directing trade partners, supervisors, and field staff across multiple scopes in a complex mission-critical environment. The position requires experience in managing high-volume structural, CSA, and MEP scopes in parallel with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively resolve coordination issues in the field. This position will be fully at the project site near Amarillo, Texas. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following: • Oversee and coordinate all field construction activities, including civil, structural, architectural and MEP trades, collaborating closely with project engineers, construction managers, building superintendents and other field superintendents. • Direct the daily work of multiple subcontractors and ensure compliance with design, specifications, and schedules. • Drive execution of short-interval plans and look ahead schedules; ensure alignment with the overall master schedule. • Monitor field productivity, identify constraints, and implement corrective measures to maintain momentum. • Lead daily supervisor coordination meetings, trade walks, and safety briefings. • Ensure strict adherence to project-specific safety protocols and participate in safety audits and incident investigations. • Monitor field installations for quality, adherence to design, and compliance with building codes and specifications. • Collaborate with QA/QC teams to coordinate inspections, punch lists, and system turn over milestones. • Support commissioning efforts by ensuring system readiness and trade participation in functional testing. • Maintain details daily field reports, progress photos and as-built documentation. • Communicate progress, constraints, and labor status to the Building Superintendent. • Review and provide feedback on RFIs, submittals, cost estimates, and construction documentation as it relates to field conditions. • Provide resolution to design and constructability issues. • Respond to client requests and/or issues and develop resolution to problems using technical expertise. • Must be able to interpret and implement proper installations in compliance with all local authority permitting, codes, and site specifications. • Facilitate contractor activity ensuring performance to all contractual agreements. • Assist with management project staffing. • Provide clear communication, verbally, written, and electronically. • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. Qualifications We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate will possess: Professional Experience and Education • Minimum 5 years’ construction field supervision experience required, with at least 3 years on hyperscale or mission-critical data center projects preferred. • Deep understanding of construction means and methods, trade sequencing, and commissioning workflows. • Proven experience managing concurrent scopes involving structural steel, large-scaled MEP systems, generator yards, duct banks, and underground and overhead utilities is preferred. • OSHA 30 Certification. • High School diploma or GED required. • Bachelor of science in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, structural engineering, construction management or equivalent degree and/or equivalent craft level work experience.
