Employees in this position will be responsible for maintaining and repairing of Coiled Tubing equipment or other assigned equipment. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment; reviews equipment status with operational personnel and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of trucks and equipment • Inspects, repairs, maintains, makes recommendations, and performs modifications to functional parts of a variety of equipment and machinery • Diagnoses maintenance requirements on diesel engines, transmissions, drive lines, differentials, electrical circuits, AC power plant, hydraulic systems, and chassis through diagnostic aids, inspections, and interpretation of equipment reports with assistance • Disassembles, overhauls, and replaces worn parts on equipment as required • Troubleshoots on conventional and specialized equipment • Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service • Assists in training and mentoring maintenance technician trainees, orients operators in maintenance procedures and field maintenance for specialized equipment • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, squat, crawl and walk; may have long periods of standing or sitting • Exposure to working outdoors and extreme weather conditions • Must have the flexibility to work any schedule based on business needs, including weekends, and be on a “on–call” rotation • Ability to clear/pass pre-employment screening, testing, and job-relevant hiring requirements Education Requirements • H.S. Education and Experience: Graduation from high school or GED equivalent or currently enrolled in high school.
