This role is essential for ensuring technical accuracy, quality control, and safe execution of field engineering tasks. You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and site teams to support electrical and mechanical installations, inspections, documentation, and coordination with contractors and engineers. This is a contract position working Monday through Saturday for a minimum of 3 months, with potential for extension or full-time hire based on performance. ABOUT THE ROLE ·Read and interpret electrical and blueprints to support field installations and inspections. ·Perform5QA/QC inspections, including documentation of as-builts, redlines, loop folders, and quality forms. ·Support daily reporting, including JSAs, progress updates, and inspection logs. ·Assist with equipment installation, including instruments, tubing, and conduit systems. ·Conduct testing and verification such as VLF testing, ground testing, and meggering. ·Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and contractors to ensure scope alignment and technical compliance. ·Maintain and organize technical documentation, including ITPs, PQPs, and turnover books. ·Support material tracking, ensuring proper handling, inventory accuracy, and documentation. ·Help bridge language barriers and support on-site training efforts.
