KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Develop, document, and optimize manufacturing processes for carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components. This will require working with the production teams to determine best paths forward using the skills and tools available in the company. This may require recommending new equipment/tools or new techniques that might require new certifications for our personnel. · Create and update 3D CAD models in SolidWorks of ride structures and components to support manufacturing and assembly. · Generate complete manufacturing and assembly drawing packages, including fabrication details, BOMs, and installation instructions.
