This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. What You’ll Do: • Perform maintenance and repairs to the mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems. Keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned. • Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety. • Maintain an energy management program. What You’ll Need: • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Universal CFC certification is preferred. Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions. The incumbent will serve as a liaison between federal stakeholders and project teams, manage multiple task orders, and oversee the full lifecycle of assigned capital improvement projects. This includes coordinating with the Contracting Officer's Representatives (COR), engineering and architectural teams, and Tribal or industry partners to ensure compliance with federal regulations and performance goals. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another relevant professional engineering discipline from an accredited institution. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale federal or Tribal building projects. • Proven knowledge and experience in vertical construction, including design-build budgeting, phasing, and performance monitoring. • Strong familiarity with building code inspection protocols and compliance. • Experience leading teams of professional and technical staff through all phases of facility design and construction. • Proficiency in project documentation, status reporting, and risk analysis using industry standards.
