Pay Range: $31.19 – $41.56 per hour (based on education and experience) What You’ll Do • Work alongside experienced mentors to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance. • Support continuous improvement of preventive and predictive maintenance programs. • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime and improve reliability. • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for unplanned shutdowns. • Maintain and troubleshoot advanced control systems (DCS, PLC). • Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics for process control systems. • Complete work orders, documentation, and change control procedures accurately. • Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines. Mechanical responsibilities may include: • Valve and gasket replacement, pump repair/repacking, welding (basic), forklift operation, pipe and tubing installation, cylinder and motor repair, and maintenance of mechanical drive systems.
