Required Qualifications: • Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering. • Minimum of 5 years’ as a Mechanical Engineer in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Expertise in mechanical design, machine dynamics, motion systems, vibration analysis, and rotating equipment. • Strong background in pneumatics, hydraulics, gear trains, servo systems, and web handling. • Hands-on experience with high-speed precision converting equipment (cutting, bonding, folding, and material feeding systems). • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and solve complex mechanical problems.
