I work on many levels of Engineering and Construction in the Portland Metro/Vancouver Metro area Our Client: A longstanding multi-disciplinary firm with roots in the West with studios specializing in Structural, MEP & Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Surveying & Land Planning. A small firm with large projects. This is an opportunity to grow your skill and receive exposure to other parts of the architecture & engineering through the collaboration culture with our client. What You'll Do: As our newest Mechanical Engineer EIT, you'll grow your skill by contributing your skill across a diverse set of projects that include retail spaces, schools, office buildings, hotels, restaurants, banks, and retail spaces. Our developments are often well known. In some instances you will travel to job sites for client meetings and site observations in order to ensure seamless execution. You'll be involved with a range of roles related to HVAC system design: • Work within a multidiscipline team environment to develop and design HVAC and plumbing concepts, systems, drawings, and specification • Calculate building loads including heating, cooling, ventilation, and plumbing systems. • Major equipment selection and scheduling What You Need to Have • BS in Mechanical Engineering • Successfully passed the FE exam and possess EIT Certification • Minimum of 2 years relevant design experience with building mechanical systems • Revit Mechanical drafting experience Next Steps: Please respond with an updated resume! Mechanic pay and benefits We offer a shift differential compensation to employees — an extra bump in pay that some workers make for working outside of normal business hours. • Starting pay for Journey-level Mechanics: $50.30 per hour plus excellent benefits • Shift Differential for swing shift is $51.55 per hour before overtime increases. • Shift Differential for graveyard shift is $52.81 per hour before overtime increases. Maintenance Technician

We are ideally looking for someone with advanced diagnostic and repair skills for Recreational Vehicle (RV) coach systems, generators and coach body repairs. Someone who is passionate about fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems would be ideal. A successful Recreational Vehicle (RV) Technician will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and well-versed in all maintenance and repairs.
