Mill, lathe, grind, etc. • Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic to troubleshoot and repair production machines. Create brackets and supports. • Perform electrical skill including, but not limited to, power feeds, motor diagnostics, sensor repair and replacement, control panel work, HMI repairs, PLC programming and logic. Run conduits and general facility electrical repairs. • Read and interpret equipment manuals, drawing and work directly with outside vendors to maintain and repair production equipment, while keeping costs low and determining return on investment over years to come. • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments as required • Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilitates when requested. • Use a variety of hand and power tools, welders, mill, lathe, electric meters and material handling equipment, forklifts, etc. • Comply with all company, local, city, state and federal regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
