Your Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an EAC/ABET-accredited program (or equivalent required for licensure). • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with current registration; NCEES registration and NSPE membership a plus. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a wide variety of building types and project scales. • Proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD; experience with Speclink and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with Project, SharePoint, and Teams preferred. • Demonstrated expertise in designing and documenting mechanical systems, including load analysis, ductwork and equipment sizing, hydronic and plumbing systems, and fire protection. • Strong coordination experience with architects, engineers, consultants, and jurisdictions. • CSI-CDT certification preferred; LEED AP BD+C and/or WELL AP credential is a plus (training provided if not currently held). • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
