Sr. Mechanical Designer

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Advanced Development Designer to support their R&D initiatives. Projects You'll Work On • Developing and refining early-stage product concepts and mechanical systems alongside engineers and multidisciplinary teams. • Creating highly detailed 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and digital assemblies to support design validation and manufacturing. • Prototyping next-gen components using rapid fabrication tools and iterative development processes. • Engineering stamped sheet metal parts, weldments, and plastic components for both additive and injection molding applications. • Contributing to design feasibility, cost analysis, and manufacturability using GD&T principles and best-in-class PLM/PDM tools. What Experience You Should Bring • 10+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in an advanced R&D or new product development environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Product Design, or a closely related technical field. • Expertise in Autodesk Inventor and/or SolidWorks. • Strong working knowledge of mechanical fabrication processes including sheet metal design, plastic injection molding, and welded assemblies. • Experience with rapid prototyping techniques and iterative development cycles. • Familiarity with PLM/PDM systems for documentation and version control. • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems and develop creative, effective design solutions. Machine Design Engineer

Overview: Join a dynamic team as a Machine Design Engineer responsible for designing and enhancing machinery using SolidWorks software.
