Manufacturing - Mechanical Assembler

We just need you to have a “can do, ready to learn” mindset.) • Rebuilds heavy-duty truck parts in accordance with company remanufacturing standards, ensuring high-quality performance. • Inspects used parts and components, evaluating reusability based on established remanufacturing guidelines. • Effectively employs diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues. • Utilizes hot tanks to effectively clean parts and components and preparing them for remanufacturing. • Operates a paint booth to apply high-quality coatings to finished products, ensuring durability and a professional appearance. • Works collaboratively with a team of skilled technicians to optimize workflow and meet production goals. • Conducts thorough quality inspections to ensure the finished products meet all required specifications. • Operates press machines, torches, power tools, and hand tools with precision and safety. • Adheres to safety protocols, always maintaining a clean and organized workspace. • Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve operational challenges. • Maintains regular and punctual attendance as a key responsibility of the position. • Completes additional tasks as assigned to support the team and operations. Physical Requirements: • Must stand for 8+ hours per day. • Frequent walking. • Hearing protection may be required in some areas. • The ability to see fine details may be required during performance of some functions. • Fine motor skills are required (finger / hand manipulation). • May need to lift weight greater than 50 lbs. at times. Machine Design Engineer

Overview: Join a dynamic team as a Machine Design Engineer responsible for designing and enhancing machinery using SolidWorks software. Mechanical Designer

Summary Mechanically design special machines and equipment from concept sketches or quotes to final release. This positions also supports during the build process.
