Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer assists with the coordination of quality assurance programs. Assists with formulating quality control policies and control quality of production efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management and staff. • Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. • Assists with the communication of quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, contractors or customers. • Provide guidance to staff regarding quality control and analytical procedures. • Produce reports and feedback mechanisms for internal and external stakeholders regarding quality trends. • Supports the Quality Department in the development of quality plans. • Review statistical studies, technological advances, or regulatory standards and trends to stay abreast of issues in the field of quality control. • Identify critical points in the manufacturing process and recommend sampling procedures to be used at these points. • Create and implement inspection and testing criteria or procedures. • Document testing procedures, methodologies, or criteria. • Create, review and update standard operating procedures or quality assurance manuals. • Identify quality problems or areas for improvement and recommend solutions. • Create quality documentation necessary for regulatory submissions and inspections. • Works with the Quality Manager & Engineering Manager to develop processes for the tracking of defects, test results, or other required quality control data. • Evaluate new testing and sampling methodologies or technologies to determine usefulness. • Instruct vendors or contractors on quality guidelines, testing procedures, or ways to eliminate deficiencies. • Works with the Quality Manager and Engineering Manager to coordinate the selection and implementation of quality control equipment. Chief Engineer

Oversees the proper installation, repair, and maintenance of all hotel equipment, including heating, air conditioning, ice machines, fire extinguishers, fire/smoke alarms, lawn sprinklers, and plumbing. ? Ensures swimming pool and spa maintenance duties are preformed according to manufacturer specifications and local Health Department Regulations. ? Factory Workforce Specialist

Production Machine Operator Role The primary duty of the Production Machine Operator is to run and maintain equipment in order to produce high-quality products in a safe and timely manner. Operatives are responsible for continuously monitoring and maintaining product quality based on established standards. This involves visual and mechanical inspection of the product as well as adhering to all safety policies and procedures at all times. Responsibilities include performing setups according to established procedures, operating, loading and unloading equipment and working from written and verbal instructions, procedures and work orders. In addition to these duties, operatives must maintain and log all information required to support traceability and quality, participate in cross-training activities, keep the work area and equipment clean and orderly, and perform other duties as required or directed. Requirements • A strong preference for candidates with mechanical ability or previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment • Ability to troubleshoot • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test including medical marijuana • Prior manufacturing experience is a plus • Must be able to stand up to 12 hours per day • Must be able to walk 8-10 hours per day for short distances • Must be able to push/pull up to 66 pounds multiple times per day • Must be able to bend 10-20 times per day • Must be able to squat 20 times per day • Must be able to climb a step ladder (4-6 steps) 4-5 times per day • Must be able to reach 10 times per day • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally • Must be able to twist moving reels multiple times per day • Must be able to grasp, manipulate, push/pull 40-50 times per day • Must be able to demonstrate mechanical and computer skills • Must be able to multitask and troubleshoot • Opportunity to be trained and drive a forklift possible ,
