Engineer

Job Description: • Develop, evaluate, and design enhancements to existing tools and equipment used in Manufacturing by applying knowledge of product design, fabrication processes, assembly methods, tooling, materials, and production equipment capabilities. • Will analyze, develop, and implement a process to measure equipment reliability in order to identify improvement opportunities. • Will work with Maintenance to ensure proper machine and work center up time and preventative maintenance scheduled down time. Will manage various Capital Expenditure projects, including planning, installation, monitoring and control of the project. • Starting with 5S you will identify, develop, implement, and monitor Manufacturing Engineering initiatives. • Will work with various process improvement ideas and programs to help develop a continuous improvement effort in the plant. • May need to use internal and external resources to assist with areas that require technical expertise. • May work on standardized work processes. • May be assigned one type of equipment/tooling/operation to become the expert for the company. • May have to work various shifts to accomplish the goal. Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree Mechanical Engineering required. • Related working experience in a heavy-manufacturing environment. • Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents. • Must have strong Computer skills, to include MS Excel and PowerPoint and 2D/3D CAD modeling. • Must have strong written and oral communication skills. • Must be able to work independently and within a team to meet the plant goals and take responsibilities for actions. • Must be able to motivate and work well with people. • Must be a proponent of standardization. • Must be well organized and have good follow-up skills. • Previous experience in a lean program is a plus. Chief Engineer

Oversees the proper installation, repair, and maintenance of all hotel equipment, including heating, air conditioning, ice machines, fire extinguishers, fire/smoke alarms, lawn sprinklers, and plumbing. ? Ensures swimming pool and spa maintenance duties are preformed according to manufacturer specifications and local Health Department Regulations. ? Hydraulic Engineer

Job Summary: This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining hydraulic systems used in our manufacturing products, processes, and equipment. This role requires a deep understanding of fluid mechanics, hydraulic components, and system integration to enhance the efficiency and performance of our machinery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Design, develop, and improve hydraulic systems and components for manufacturing equipment.  Conduct analyses and simulations to optimize hydraulic performance and efficiency.  Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic system failures, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design/engineering, sales, production, maintenance, and quality assurance) to ensure seamless integration of hydraulic system.  Perform hands-on work to test, modify, and validate hydraulic systems, ensuring functionality, and reliability.  Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, manuals, and test reports.  Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.  Research and implement new hydraulic technologies and best practices to improve system reliability and efficiency.  Provide training and support to maintenance teams regarding hydraulic system operation and troubleshooting.  Other duties as assigned. Requirements:  Proficiency in hydraulic simulation and design software (i.e. AutoCAD, Inventor, MATLAB, or similar).  Strong knowledge of hydraulic components (pumps, valves, actuators, and fluid dynamics).  Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO, ANSI, and OSHA regulations.  Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.  Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and present technical information effectively.  Previous work in a manufacturing environment.  Experience in an ERP system. Education and Experience:  Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, hydraulic engineering, or related field.  Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hydraulic system design and maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment and including hands-on experience.  Certification in hydraulics (i.e. IFS) is a plus. Physical Requirements:  Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.  Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities, which include standing and walking for long periods of time.  Prolong periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
