Main Responsibilities • Execute changeovers on presses, including all die work. • Conduct general maintenance on production equipment such as presses, sealers, scrap systems, and air systems. • Adjust major production equipment to address nonconforming items as identified by the Quality Control department or shift supervisor. • Enhance production equipment to improve quality, increase safety, and reduce downtime as per management directives. • Perform preventative and general maintenance checks on all production machinery. • Conduct weekly compressor assessments. • Adhere to all safety measures in performing duties. What We Believe You Have • A fresh technical formation or diploma in Engineering/Maintenance or 2-3 years of relevant experience. • Basic knowledge of SAP and skills in breakdown and anomaly analysis. • Ability to identify root causes of issues and develop effective countermeasures. • Preferred knowledge of production processes.
