Maintenance Electro-Mechanical Technician Sikeston, MO Schedule: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off (12-hour shifts) Pay Rate: $34.80/hour About the Role We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team in Sikeston, MO. In this role, you’ll perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on production equipment—covering mechanical, electrical, and controls-related systems. You’ll work hands-on with motors, control circuits, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation systems to keep our operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do • Perform preventive maintenance and create/update equipment maintenance documentation. • Respond quickly to maintenance calls and repair equipment across the facility. • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using structured problem-solving methods. • Assist in rebuilding and redesigning production equipment. • Participate in continuous improvement projects and root cause analysis. • Support preventative maintenance methodology and team projects. What We’re Looking For • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Maintenance Licensure preferred. • Experience: • 3+ years as a Maintenance Electrician. • 1–2 years industrial electronics experience. • Strong mechanical skills, including Millwright capabilities. • Skills: • Advanced troubleshooting skills (mechanical & electrical). • Experience with motors, control circuits, PLCs, ladder logic, and automation. • Knowledge of AC/DC theory, power distribution, hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors, and I/O devices. • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Electrical/Mechanical Technician

Main Responsibilities • Ability to perform changeovers on presses including all die work • Perform general maintenance on all production equipment including presses, sealer, scrap system and air system • Ability to adjust major pieces of production equipment to remedy nonconforming items as deemed necessary by the QC department or shift supervisor • Perform the modification of major pieces of production equipment to improve quality, increase safety or decrease downtime as deemed necessary by Management • Perform preventative and general maintenance checks on production equipment • Performance of weekly compressor checks • Perform all duties in a safe manner Job Summary You will be working on equipment maintenance including breakdown maintenance. Ensure proper equipment work during the shift and correct anomalies in case of breakdown. Perform preventive and corrective activities at equipent according to maintenance plans under the supervision of Maintenance Engineer. We believe you have • A technical qualification or diploma in Engineering/Maintenance, or 2-3 years of relevant experience in maintenance or spare parts management. • Basic SAP knowledge and familiarity with World Class Manufacturing (WCM) tools for breakdown and anomaly analysis. • Strong skills in identifying root causes and developing effective countermeasures. • Solid technical understanding of machinery and equipment. • Familiarity with production processes is a plus.
