Main Responsibilities • Execute changeovers on presses, including all die work. • Conduct general maintenance on production equipment such as presses, sealers, scrap systems, and air systems. • Adjust major production equipment to address nonconforming items as identified by the Quality Control department or shift supervisor. • Enhance production equipment to improve quality, increase safety, and reduce downtime as per management directives. • Perform preventative and general maintenance checks on all production machinery. • Conduct weekly compressor assessments. • Adhere to all safety measures in performing duties. You will troubleshoot anomalies and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities under the guidance of the Maintenance Engineer. What We Believe You Have • A fresh technical formation or diploma in Engineering/Maintenance or 2-3 years of relevant experience. • Basic knowledge of SAP and skills in breakdown and anomaly analysis. • Ability to identify root causes of issues and develop effective countermeasures. • Preferred knowledge of production processes.
