Maintenance Electro-Mechanical Technician Sikeston, MO Schedule: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off (12-hour shifts) Pay Rate: $34.80/hour About the Role We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team in Sikeston, MO. In this role, you’ll perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on production equipment—covering mechanical, electrical, and controls-related systems. What You’ll Do • Perform preventive maintenance and create/update equipment maintenance documentation. • Respond quickly to maintenance calls and repair equipment across the facility. • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using structured problem-solving methods. • Assist in rebuilding and redesigning production equipment. • Participate in continuous improvement projects and root cause analysis. • Support preventative maintenance methodology and team projects. What We’re Looking For • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Maintenance Licensure preferred. • Experience: • 3+ years as a Maintenance Electrician. • 1–2 years industrial electronics experience. • Strong mechanical skills, including Millwright capabilities. • Skills: • Advanced troubleshooting skills (mechanical & electrical). • Experience with motors, control circuits, PLCs, ladder logic, and automation. • Knowledge of AC/DC theory, power distribution, hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors, and I/O devices. • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
