This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, precision, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school certification or apprenticeship preferred. • Proven experience as a Millwright --Minimum 5 yrs experience in craft • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. • Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions. • Must be able to work at heights. Responsibilities: • Install, assemble, and align machinery and equipment according to specifications. • Maintain and repair machinery to ensure optimal performance. • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues. • Dismantle machinery and equipment for repair or transportation. • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating parts, cleaning, and adjusting equipment. • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Classification and base pay rate will be dependent upon skillset and prior experience. Duties of the mechanic will be performed in-house and on location at customer site.
