(robotic welders, lasers, press, etc) • Engineer/design small equipment such as weld fixtures, poke-yokes. • Improve ergonomics • Spec out auxiliary equipment needs • Help in departmental operation wherever necessary. • Lead continuous improvement activities. • Assumes other duties as directed by supervisor.
