Role Responsibilities: Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing methods to achieve improved quality, product cost, and manufacturing efficiency. Implement knowledge of design, materials/components, fabrication, welding, and paint process, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods and quality standards. Research, design, develop and maintain product fixtures and machine tools, processes, and shop layout. Lead sustaining engineering projects such as driving and sustaining Bills of Materials, processing routings and modifications, building and maintaining visual work instructions, help in developing training checklists, etc. Handle projects from concept, design; capital appropriation requests; and qualification within project schedules and budgets You'll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years related experience in a machining/manufacturing environment and CNC machining including trouble shooting, generating new programs, modifying existing programs, developing or helping to develop PM programs etc. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering SAP software Proficient with AutoCAD, Solidworks, and/or similar software, Microsoft Office and ability to interpret technical drawing specifications Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: 5 + years' of validated experience in a machining/manufacturing environment Knowledge of problem-solving fundamentals. Maintenance Mechanic

JOB SUMMARY: Follow established procedures and guidelines to create and maintain a safe and adequate working facility.
