Job Description Our company is seeking an Industrial Electrician Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, problem solving, repairing, and maintaining equipment in a timely manner. Your work will consist principally of tasks and projects related to corrections of safety issues and improvements to workplace safety. Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Perform routine preventative maintenance and expert repair to include guest rooms and mechanical equipment. Perform specific maintenance repairs or new construction as assigned by supervisor or on service requests. Perform complex to highly complex preventative maintenance and repair of all electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. Perform complex to highly complex preventative maintenance for carpentry and painting. Proactively follow specific departmental procedures in performing repair, maintenance, alteration, and installation work in a safe and neat manner. Responsibilities • Ensure the hotel’s maintenance and upkeep standards meet and Guest standards • Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors • Proactively follow specific departmental procedures in performing repair, maintenance, alteration, and installation work in a safe and neat manner • Have knowledge of hotel property, staff, and services with hours of operation • Ensure all guests’ complaints are handled with extreme courtesy and promptness • Responsible for identifying and repairing all mechanical failure to include repair of appliances, HVAC, electrical or plumbing; follow through of procedures on equipment maintenance where applicable as directed by management • Guest rooms - plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, plumbing, and electrical equipment including lamps, air conditioners, and cosmetic items • Public areas - plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, plumbing, and electrical equipment and cosmetic items • Fire alarm/life safety system - monitor and perform system tests as necessary, be fully informed of the system operation and handle emergencies involving the systems; have a working knowledge of fire sprinkler and emergency power systems • Energy conservation - observe energy and utilities usage in the resort and on the grounds; look for ways to conserve energy and report any ideas to the engineering management • Clean, lubricate, protect, and otherwise maintain all tools and equipment; see all tools used are returned to the shop and secured in proper storage area; protect and otherwise maintain assigned tool pouch and its tools at the discretion of the engineering management • Make structural repairs to masonry, woodwork and furnishings; patch or replace plaster/plasterboard; paint walls and ceilings; trim, cut and lay flooring (linoleum, tile, carpet, etc.) • Check fixtures, lighting, and signs for proper operation; maintain an adequate supply of spare parts and light bulbs • Respond and complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner • Keep all work areas (shop and guestrooms) neat and orderly • Remains flexible and responsive to scheduling needs Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule Schedule: • 8 hour shift Work Location: In person

Salary Pay varies based on route type, driver experience, and employment structure (company driver). Drivers can expect competitive per-mile rates, hourly wages, or percentage-based pay.
