Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer on behalf of a leading manufacturer in Whitewater, Wisconsin! The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing industrial manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production, high-quality products, and alignment with organizational goals. Senior Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities • Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and support consistent product quality. • Analyze workflows, equipment layouts, and resource utilization to enhance overall production performance. • Estimate production requirements such as labor, time, and cost to support planning and decision-making. Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules that align with organizational priorities. • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to define requirements and support the purchase of materials, equipment, and tooling needed for manufacturing activities. Ensure suppliers meet expectations for quality, cost, and delivery. • Maintain clear and accurate documentation related to processes, specifications, engineering changes, and project updates, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Senior Manufacturing Engineer Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree • 4-6 years of relevant engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering • Injection molding experience preferred This is a full time, direct-hire opportunity and will require a fully on-site schedule Monday through Friday based in Whitewater, Wisconsin. The base salary range is between $100,000-$120,000 annually. Sr Quality Engineer

Snapshot of the Role As a Sr. Quality Engineer with Husco, every day is a new challenge with new problems to solve. You will have the opportunity to help develop both short and long-term goals and strategies for the quality organization, as well as be hands-on in identifying quality issues and improvement opportunities, taking an active role in issue resolution and ensuring that product quality meets or exceeds customer requirements. What You’ll be Doing: • Quality Leadership: Relentlessly and urgently drives, monitors, assists, and motivates the pursuit of defect-free performance. Leads, develops, and implements quality and environmental systems through industry and customer audits and certifications. Mentors, supports, and helps the team’s daily activities. • KPIs and Line Ownership: Monitors, reports, and drives improvements to customer and internal quality metrics throughout- scrap, PPM, FTT, warranty, line returns, and COQ using data-based decision making. • Internal and External Corrective Actions: Lead customer and internal quality concerns for specific lines. Complete root cause analysis, containment, and drive corrective actions utilizing the Six Sigma DMAIC problem solving approach. • Serve as an Internal Technical Resource: Support training needs with APQP, problem solving, root cause analysis, process capability, measurement system analysis, and other data analytic techniques. What You’ll Need: • College Degree in Industrial Operations, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or equivalent education required. • Five (5) years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or product design. • Effective troubleshooting, problem solving, and organization skills. Mechanical Assembler

Shift 1 (United States of America) Coperion is currently seeking a Mechanical Assembler - Custom Machine Assembly to support our location in Whitewater, WI. This is not a standard production assembly line position. You will be building different equipment each day. There is a lot of room for growth into other disciplines if desired! We have a 5S environment, very clean production floor and great people to work with!
