Customers are diverse and include biotechnology, food and pharmaceutical companies. The company promotes from within and does not hold employees back from growing their skillset and careers. Numerous advancement opportunities will exist as the company continues to grow. This smaller company values employees and treats employees well. The company has been in existence for approximately 30 years and employs approximately 100 employees. The company has not experienced a layoff since 2007. If an employee has the aptitude and drive they can advance to a project management role. This position is available due to continued company growth due to demand for company products. Our Electro-Mechanical Technicians (EMTs) bring their mechanical and/or electrical experience and then learn the manufacturing side of our business from the ground up. They are front-line, customer-facing team members who always keep safety and service excellence top of mind. EMTs travel across the US and to our global client sites to assemble and prepare equipment.
