Thalle is an Equal Opportunity Employer, E-verify and Drug Free Workplace Position/Location: Pipe/Mechanical Foreman in Paris, TX Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This position works directly in the field, overseeing or performing the installation, maintenance, or repair of large-diameter pipes. The Foreman serves as a team leader and crew supervisor of workers to ensure that projects proceed smoothly. A foreman contributes the knowledge gained from education and work site experience to see to it that the crew is working safely and efficiently to complete projects on time. • Plan and formulate civil construction projects according to project requirements and engineering standards • Identify and schedule each component of the plan and assign appropriate manpower and equipment to each activity daily. • At the outset of each day, meet with each assigned personnel to communicate daily activity clearly and effectively. • Coordinate and direct the activity of all jobsite crews, subcontractors and materials, equipment providers. • Effectively interface with clients, inspectors, and regulatory representatives and other necessary individuals or organizations. • Accurately report all jobsite time and activity daily review. • Collaborate and review performance-to-plan with Project Engineer and Project Manager, and adjust the following day’s assignments, resources and schedules. • Monitor all job site activity throughout the day, coordinating, and balancing activity to ensure that the daily plan is achieved, make adjustments in assignment as necessary for the master plan, and adhere to schedule and budget. • Working from contract documents, project plan layout, and create daily/weekly project work plans along with other relevant information. • Conduct work with 100% integrity and professionalism. • Large Diameter Pipe (Over 60 Inch Pipe) Experience preferred • Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements: • Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone. Machine Maintenance Technician

Hiring Immediately - Machine Maintenance Technician - Paris, TX: Inergroup is hiring immediately for Machine Maintenance Technician jobs in Paris, TX. As a Machine Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing minor and major equipment repairs and preventative inspections on equipment, and completing necessary paperwork accurately and on time. Electrical/Mechanical Engineer

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BASIC ECT TEST • Advanced computer skills • Knowledge of communication standards common to industrial control environments (e.g., RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, Ethernet IP) • Knowledge and experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems and associated control devices • Proficient in the use of tools and equipment common to the trade • Expert electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment ranging from 24vDC to 480VAC. • Advanced PLC, Electrical Controls, VFD, and servo systems experience • Ability to read/understand electrical schematics, mechanical drawings and other technical documents • Creating new electrical schematics, hydraulics/pneumatics diagrams and any other drawings related to automated manufacturing equipment • Strong mechanical background with the ability to assemble, repair and modify equipment. • Automation experience. Basic troubleshooting skills, minor program adjustments, adding assorted switched programming of VFD's. • Project Management experience.
