Maintenance Mechanic

OVERVIEW : This position requires the ability to read schematics, maintain, PM troubleshoot and repair all production equipment along with support and building services. They perform tasks of high complexity on electrical, electronics, a wide variety of PLC controlled equipment. Will be required to perform basic troubleshooting, repairs, and minor fabrications as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS : • Mechanical aptitude. • At least five years of previous experience in industrial maintenance. • Must have 2-5 years' experience in working with electronics and PLC's. • Candidate must have their own tools. • Ability to read schematics. • Ability to read and understand instructions for electronic, electrical, mechanical, tasks. • Excellent attendance, safety record, and work habits. • Able to work well with all departments. • Able to work various shifts and work overtime as needed. • Processing knowledge preferred, but OJT provided for candidates with the right qualifications. • All other duties as assigned.
