Job Description As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our industrial equipment. Your expertise in mechanical systems, CNC machines, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line. Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines, including lubrication, cleaning, and adjustment of parts. • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues with CNC machines and other industrial equipment. • Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Allen Bradley PLC5, SLC500, Logix5000 focus preferred. • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills required • Project Management Skills. • Ability to read and develop mechanical/electrical schematics • Strong computer skills with experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, CAD software, and MS Project or related software • Understand verbal and written safety and quality instructions and read and comprehend written work instructions including words and drawings. • Must have good English written and oral communication skills adequate to communicate with other team members and leadership. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $68,000 to $85,000, plus an annual incentive bonus, commission target, and equity target.
