Education/Experience: • High school diploma is required or GED • Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of construction inspection experience, focused on HVAC and mechanical systems • Experience with mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and equipment installations. • Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and mechanical system testing procedures. • Certifications in mechanical or HVAC systems preferred. • Experience with airport construction projects preferred • Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and mechanical system testing procedures.
