Job Title: Assembler Hours 8am-4:30pm Job Description The assembler role involves building filters and beams using hand and power tools. The mechanical tasks include measuring and drilling holes in beams, while the electrical tasks involve wiring the electrical components of filters used in various products. The position requires comfort with bending and twisting, and assembling approximately eight units per day. Additional Skills & Qualifications • At least 2 years of mechanical assembly experience. • Understanding of basic wiring, including identifying hot, neutral, and ground wires. • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., with regular lifting of 35-45 lbs. • Independent and problem-solving capabilities. • Precision in reading measurements down to 1/16 inch. Work Environment The position is based in a well-lit, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment where each candidate has their own workstation. Regular work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with options for early shifts starting at 7:00 AM or Saturday shifts from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, occurring seven times a year. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
