Job Overview The Hotel Chief Engineer is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and engineering operations of the hotel, ensuring that all facilities are functioning optimally and safely. Experience • Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. • Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial maintenance preferred. • Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLC) and electrical systems is essential. • Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. • Project management skills with a focus on timely completion of tasks within budget constraints. • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus. • Experience using tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing is advantageous.
