Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Install and integrate multi-million dollar precision wafer fabrication systems, ensuring seamless customer handoff. • Use advanced diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, DVMs, software diagnostics) to perform maintenance and calibration. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear communication and knowledge sharing. • Provide timely feedback on equipment engineering specs to the factory for continuous improvements. • Travel globally to support customer sites, manufacturing facilities, and R&D engineering labs. • Be prepared for unscheduled call-ins, shift work, and overtime as required. • Adhere to and promote safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. • Solve complex electro-mechanical issues and develop innovative solutions to technical challenges.
