Field Service Engineer

Job Summary: This position will work directly with customers, handling sophisticated equipment such as precision optics, thermal systems, and advanced control software, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Install and integrate multi-million dollar precision wafer fabrication systems, ensuring seamless customer handoff. • Use advanced diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, DVMs, software diagnostics) to perform maintenance and calibration. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear communication and knowledge sharing. • Provide timely feedback on equipment engineering specs to the factory for continuous improvements. • Travel globally to support customer sites, manufacturing facilities, and R&D engineering labs. • Be prepared for unscheduled call-ins, shift work, and overtime as required. • Adhere to and promote safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. • Solve complex electro-mechanical issues and develop innovative solutions to technical challenges. Qualifications and Experience: • Associate's Degree in Electronics Technology, Mechatronics Technology, Microelectronics, or a related field. • Proficiency in operating under high pressure and ambiguous situations. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to generate creative solutions. • Competency in using hand tools, meters, scopes, and other specialized equipment. • 2-4 years of relevant experience in a technical field. • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including internationally. • Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, and holidays as required. CRAFT Program Operations Lead

Program Overview: The CRAFT program is a leading provider of human performance solutions. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment of Human Performance Optimization (HPO) policies and procedures across Cognitive, Strength & Conditioning, and Nutrition curriculum within the CRAFT program. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct annual site visits at each CRAFT location using the PASO Checklist; submit written findings and recommendations. • Provide timely notification of site visits and coordinate with Site Leads, Project Managers, and CRAFT leadership. • Observe and evaluate CRAFT instructors and staff during syllabus delivery and assessments; provide real-time and follow-up feedback. • Monitor adherence to Aircrew Conditioning Program Assessment (ACPA) protocols.
