MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Summary: Responsible for repair and maintenance of all interior and exterior related equipment / building components of structures and departmental equipment. Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations and policies and procedures. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: • Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems • Install or re-direct electrical circuits as needed • Repair all plumbing problems which include water, chiller, cooling tower, drains and natural gas, etc. • Complete work orders in tower rooms to ensure our guests are comfortable; i.e. ensure air conditioning and heating are working properly, all bathroom facilities function properly • Install new layouts for all Gaming Tables as required • Walk daily routes throughout the public and non-public areas to ensure all equipment and facilities are in proper working condition • Make all repairs as necessary • Re-lamp throughout the Hotel and Casino as necessary • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment • Ability to perform basic math • Pleasant personality, team oriented and enjoys working with and serving people. The pay range for this job category is $28-$33 per hour. JOB SUMMARY: Performs routine maintenance and a variety of repairs on heavy equipment and our fleet of vehicles at the hauling site by performing the following duties: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Diagnose and perform repairs on our fleet of diesel vehicles and heavy equipment such as dozer, scraper, compactor, pickup trucks, water trucks, and all equipment on site as needed. · Ability to diagnose and repair all components; electrical, hydraulic, engines, transmissions, air conditioning, brakes. · Utilizes vehicle and heavy equipment computer electronic systems to interpret failure modes to initiate or assign repairs. · Fill out work order daily to keep track of hours and work performed. · Upon completion of assignments must provide signatures on all inspection reports. · Make parts list and order parts as needed using a P.O. system. · Fabricate and weld, using gas or arc as needed. · Conducts safety checks on vehicles and equipment. · Other duties may be assigned. · Maintain a clean working environment.
