Description: Summary: Responsible for repair and maintenance of all interior and exterior related equipment / building components of structures and departmental equipment. Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations and policies and procedures. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: • Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems • Install or re-direct electrical circuits as needed • Repair all plumbing problems which include water, chiller, cooling tower, drains and natural gas, etc. • Complete work orders in tower rooms to ensure our guests are comfortable; i.e. ensure air conditioning and heating are working properly, all bathroom facilities function properly • Install new layouts for all Gaming Tables as required • Walk daily routes throughout the public and non-public areas to ensure all equipment and facilities are in proper working condition • Make all repairs as necessary • Re-lamp throughout the Hotel and Casino as necessary • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment • Ability to perform basic math • Pleasant personality, team oriented and enjoys working with and serving people.
