Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Marshall is currently seeking applicants for a Process Engineer. Job Location: Located in Marshall, MN just north of SMSU and located in the industrial park. What you will be doing: • Develop and implement production processes in line with product specifications and quality standards • Identify and analyze process issues and recommend improvements to increase Yield, reduce MRB and improve products quality • Create and maintain production documentation, such as standard operating procedures and work instructions • Collaborate with other departments, such as Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Research and Development, to ensure smooth production processes • Identify, design, and implement automation solutions that streamline operations, reduce manual intervention, and enhance process reliability • Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement • Perform engineering experiments to qualify new processes, raw materials, and equipment • Work regularly with customers regarding the product design, specifications, and manufacturing capabilities What you will bring along: • B.S. in Engineering, focus preferred in Mechanical, Industrial or Quality engineering • Ability to effectively communicate both in person and in writing. • Proficient MS Office Suite skills, with a primary focus in Microsoft Excel • Preferred 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill set • Statistics knowledge Pay Range: $50,000-60,000 annually. This position is a full-time position.
