Qualifications for Success: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operating and maintaining pumps, motors, electrical, and automation equipment. • Proficiency in electrical work, including wiring, circuit diagrams, and troubleshooting. • Experience in a wastewater treatment environment is preferred. • High School diploma or equivalent; trade school diploma or Associate Degree is a plus. • Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license and willingness to obtain a Minnesota Wastewater License. • Understanding of safety measures related to wastewater treatment. • Computer literacy and capability to utilize software programs (Hach WIMS, SEMS CMMS, Utility Cloud). • Ability to interpret technical drawings and instructions. • Effective oral and written communication skills. • Physical ability to lift or move objects up to 40 lbs. regularly. • Completion of a background check and drug screening prior to employment. This position offers a competitive hourly wage between $25 - $30, depending on qualifications and experience.
