Job Summary: A skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician is needed to support a dynamic manufacturing team. This position involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing both electrical and mechanical systems in production equipment. The role requires strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and automation technologies to maximize machine performance and minimize downtime. Key Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical components of production machinery. • Diagnose and resolve issues involving hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems. • Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for repair guidance. • Test and calibrate machinery to confirm proper functionality. • Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation systems. • Follow all safety standards and organizational policies while completing maintenance tasks. • Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation. • Assist with installation and start-up of new equipment. • Partner with engineering and production teams to enhance manufacturing processes.
