You'll work on an assembly line building robotic components using electro-mechanical tools and processes. This is a great opportunity for someone with assembly experience who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a structured team environment. Responsibilities: • Assemble robotic components and electro-mechanical units by following written/verbal instructions. • Use basic hand tools including torque tools, wrenches, screwdrivers, and more. • Maintain accuracy and quality across all assigned tasks. • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and production documentation. • Maintain clean and organized workstations in compliance with safety standards. • Participate in team efforts to improve workflow and meet production goals. Requirements: • Must have prior assembly experience (at least 1 year preferred). • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. • Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a physically active role. • Strong work ethic, good communication skills, and eagerness to learn. • Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team. • Must wear steel/composite toe footwear (temporary overlays available for Week 1).
