Mechanical Project Manager

The Mechanical Project Manager (PM) is responsible for leading assigned projects to success by fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The PM will use their expertise to support management and the project team, aiming to maximize profitability while maintaining professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities • Foster strong customer relationships and lead pre-construction activities. • Overseeing Assistant Project Managers and overall success of the project. • Review project estimates, purchase materials, and write subcontracts. • Formulate and maintain construction schedules and project plans. • Manage subcontractors and monitor project budgets. • Conduct quality control inspections and process change orders. Prepare for project closeout, including final inspections and documentation. Requirements • 5+ years of mechanical project management experience • Proven experience in project management. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. • Proficiency in project management software. • Knowledge of construction processes and regulations. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. HVAC Technician / Mechanic / Installer

USA Mechanical is currently seeking an experienced and licensed commercial HVAC Technician with a valid D-2 or S-2 CT license, EPA certification and an OSHA 10 certificate to help service our growing commercial (no residential) account base. Must have the demonstrated ability to effectively interact with others and work independently. Proven ability to exercise strong interpersonal skills for effective verbal, written, and listening communications. Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure. Ability to assess, interpret and apply government and industry standards.
