Your mission • Design, implement, and review the procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process. • Research automation techniques and testing new systems for efficiency. • Planning factory layouts to optimize production. • Evaluate quality control processes and make recommendations for improvements in quality control. • Analyze production processes, schedules, methods and other data and then provide management with reports containing the data and statistics to enable management to better understand future requirements needed for the manufacturing process. • Ensure that the company’s manufacturing processes are in compliance with all government laws and regulations. • Review and calculate labor, material and other production costs along with reviewing schedules and future production requirements to assist management in decision making. • Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency. • Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services and make sure that manufacturer’s procedures and instructions are followed in order to keep production equipment operational. Your profile • Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical or electrical Engineering or minimum 10 years of related experience. • Troubleshooting, problem-solving and good information technology know-how. • Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills. • Knowledge of equipment for purchase, installation and repair. • Outstanding strong customer-oriented communication skills, across a wide variety of cultural environments, to develop positive business relationships. • Ability to implement plans and report quality indicators which trigger continuous improvement actions. • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Advanced MS Excel experience preferred) and SAP. • Basic programming skills (any language) is a bonus. • Accountability, proactivity, initiative, and personal organization skills are essential. • Ability to work well under pressure, leadership and teamwork skills. • Fluent in written and spoken English (Other languages would be a distinct advantage). • Willingness to travel to deliver support/advise/trainings.
