Electro-Mechanical Technician 2

The Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 2 is responsible for the day-to-day troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance. This worker acts as a junior-level material handling technician on all equipment that is installed at the Minden, NV location. This is a day shift position that works from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Tasks and Qualifications: What You Will Do In This Role: • Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, and component lubrication. • Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures. • Build and close work orders in the asset management system with appropriate data, including labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used. • Troubleshoot basic conveyance problems and understand the resources to resolve them. • Locate and supervise spare parts from inventory. • Respond to semi-complex service calls and address equipment failures and faults. • Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to address them. • Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization. What We Are Looking For: • High School diploma or equivalent experience required; vocational technical training preferred. • Able to lift and move material up to 50 pounds each. • Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head. • Occasionally push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds. • Functional dexterity in both hands and wrists. • Able to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation. • The job may involve confined spaces, dust, odors, temperature variations, noise, vibration, prolonged standing on concrete, and wet surfaces. • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10–12 hours. • Flexibility in covering multiple shifts and holiday hours as the need arises. Service Engineer for Systems & Instrumentation (f/m/d)

This may include customer visits and machine walk-downs for selling Full Scope Solutions (hardware, software and services). • Assist Tech Support responding to external and internal customer’s inquiries on Product Application. Your profile • Bacherlor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field. • Over 5 years of experience in installing, commissioning and maintaining Vibration Protection and Diagnostic Condition Monitoring Systems in both the Oil & Gas and Power Generation Industry. • Electronics and mechanical troubleshooting skills. “Hands-on approach”. • Willing to travel up to 60%, and work significant over-time. • Possess a valid passport, or able to obtain. • Vibration CAT II (or equivalent) certified is desirable. • Knowledge of configuring computer servers, and understand general network architectures is desirable. • Experience using AutoCAD. • Fluent in written and spoken English, further language skills desirable. • Knowledge of machinist tools and electrical trade is desirable. Minimal Physical Requirements • Lift minimum 50 lbs. • Stand for long periods. • Stoop and crawl in and around machinery while working with hand tools. • Climb Ladders 20 feet high. • Climb several flights of stairs while carrying equipment up to 20 lbs. • Work drug-free on a job site, including any prescription narcotic painkillers. • Work up to six straight days, with 12-hour shifts. • Work up to 18 days in a 3-week period. • Travel in a plane on a flight up to 12 hours non-stop.
