Description ● Commissioning and Validation: Oversee the commissioning, validation, and qualification of manufacturing equipment, ensuring all systems operate correctly and meet performance standards. ● Equipment and Process Optimization: Analyze current manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance production efficiency and product quality. ● Quality Control: Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems to ensure equipment and processes consistently meet product specifications and regulatory requirements. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and equipment. ● Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of processes, equipment specifications, and validation results; prepare reports on production performance and improvement initiatives. Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field. ● 3 ~ 7 years of professional experience ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify and implement effective solutions. ● Experience in designing and implementing production lines. ● Proficiency in defining equipment specifications and managing validation processes. ● Expertise in lean manufacturing practices and process improvement methodologies. ● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. ● Proven track record of managing projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment. ● Proactive, driven, and capable of working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. ● Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies. See More Details >>Description: • Responsible for calibrating a variety of test instruments for one or more skill areas, such as: • Dimensional Equipment • Industrial / Mechanical Equipment • Temperature Equipment • Perform standards maintenance & checking of company standards if assigned by Lab Manager • Collect calibration data and record information on data sheets.
