The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving our product offerings, with a strong focus on pump design and hydraulic systems. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop new product solutions in pump design and hydraulics. • Utilize SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Creo for 3D modeling and design documentation. • Manage and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for product lines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs meet specifications and customer requirements. • Implement GD&T practices in product design to ensure quality and precision. • Utilize Windchill for product lifecycle management and documentation control. • Support ERP system integration for effective project management and resource allocation. • Conduct fluid dynamics simulations to optimize product performance. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • 5+ years of experience in product engineering • Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and/or Creo. • Experience with Windchill and ERP systems. • Strong understanding of GD&T principles. • Experience in fluid dynamics and thermal analysis would be a nice to have. • EIT or P.E. would be a bonus but is not required. • Pump design experience is not required - aerospace, automotive, packaging or industrial engineering will be fine.
