Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Technicians : The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation, and industrial automation. Individuals will demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting and repairing electrical components and control systems within a dynamic manufacturing environment. With proven technical skills, candidates will be capable of maintaining and optimizing complex equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, and instrumentation devices is essential, along with a commitment to precision, reliability, and electrical safe work practices in plant operations. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) • One (1) year of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, production, military or agricultural environment OR a combination of relevant experience and a maintenance technical degree or Engineering associate degree What Will Put You Ahead • Experience working with conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems • Five (5) or more years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, production, military or agricultural environment • Experience reading and understanding mechanical or electrical drawings/schematics • Experience with Preventative, Predictive and Proactive maintenance • Experience in precision alignment, equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairing and calibrating • Experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical circuits up to 480 volts • Experience diagnosing and repairing bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, conveyors, etc. • Experience with systems integration i.e.: PLC, HMI, Instrumentation, Networking, Communication setup and commissioning.
