Mechanical Repair Specialist

• *Job Summary:** A skilled Mechanical Repair Specialist is required to join our team. The primary goal of this role is to ensure that all vehicle maintenance and repair work is carried out efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with established standards. Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on customer vehicles, including brake repairs, engine tune-ups, wheel alignments, and oil changes. • Inspect and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on a variety of vehicle makes and models. • Use specialized tools and equipment to carry out complex repair and maintenance tasks, such as battery testing, fuel injection repair, and engine diagnostics. • Maintain detailed and accurate service records on all vehicle repairs and maintenance performed. • Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repair and maintenance work required. Required Skills and Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED equivalent required. • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification preferred. • Experienced mechanic with a minimum of 2 years of shop experience. • Strong diagnostic skills and understanding of vehicle electronics and computerized systems. • Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple demands.
