Mechanical Engineer POSITION SUMMARY: VT Design Solutions, located in Cincinnati, Ohio, has an immediate need for a Professional Engineer who is registered in the State of Ohio with experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire suppression systems. A successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design of MEP and fire suppression systems for our industrial, commercial, retail, educational, hospital, and government clients. You will manage and supervise designers in multiple disciplines on projects to prepare construction documents for mechanical and fire suppression systems. RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary responsibilities include site audits, calculations, equipment selections, drawing preparations, project budgets, construction cost estimating, construction administration support, meeting/review participation, project staffing, writing proposals, and stamping drawings.
