BASF’s Coatings division is a global expert in the development, production and marketing of innovative and sustainable automotive OEM and refinish coatings. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation and technical support to execute the plan for ECoat Paste production. You will also demonstrate strong leadership in safe plant operation and adherence to BASF Process Safety rules and policies. You will play an important role in driving standardization across shifts, optimizing cycle times, providing process expertise, and working with maintenance for timely resolution of production issues.
