Includes and identifies return on investment to management with proposals. • Works with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes. • Recommends changes to improve quality and reduce costs. • Helps troubleshoot production problems and takes preventive or corrective action. • Promotes and maintains a safe work environment. • Schedules and assists in training other departments and customers on product design, installation, operation, safety and maintenance of Universal's products.
