MARSHALLTOWN is recruiting Mechanical Engineering Co-ops for Fall 2025 and/or Spring 2026 in our Marshalltown, Iowa location. You will work in a fast-paced, fun and rewarding environment with people who will appreciate your contribution. You will be tasked with implementing a wide variety of improvements in a highly automated manufacturing facility. You will manage your projects from cradle to grave and will be heavily involved in the final implementation of the project. Specific Responsibilities Include: • Help build state-of-the-art automated manufacturing cells • Offer creative solutions to improve existing manufacturing processes • Manage design projects all the way from problem definition to final implementation • Assist in Product Development activities, including concept generation, design, and testing Qualifications of the Position Include: • Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Senior Mechanical Design Specialist

Design Engineer The ideal candidate will be a skilled mechanical design professional with a passion for developing innovative products and solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the creation of new designs and improvements to existing products, ensuring performance, reliability, and manufacturability. Mechanical Systems Engineer
