Any additional skill set/experience such as welding, fabrication, construction, and sales will be applicable. Key Responsibilities: • Perform installations, repairs, and routine maintenance on turbine pumps, control panels, VFD drives, VHS electric motors, as well as other electrical and mechanical components. • Perform routine maintenance programs for golf course pumping systems. • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions. • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory. • Communicate effectively with clients to determine their needs and provide exceptional customer service. • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times. • Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant experience preferred. • Experience in a service technician role or similar capacity preferred. • Experience with a variety of hand and power tools • Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • CDL driver’s license is preferred but not required.
