For the right candidate, being a member of the GRAEF MEP Team will provide opportunities to: • Work on an extensive array of projects, from industrial projects to airport work, to symphony halls and more. • Benefit from our national client relationships to work on projects throughout the FL region and across the country. • Mentor less-experienced electrical staff. • Manage and lead projects. • Opportunity for an interested candidate who wishes to participate in business development activities that would continue building our backlog. GRAEF is considering Senior Mechanical Engineer candidates who have the following minimum qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with a Mechanical emphasis. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in in the design of HVAC systems, Plumbing and Fire Protection on a variety of building types. • Professional registration as a PE in FL and ability to gain registration in other states as required for work. • Proficient with Bluebeam and REVIT. • Project Management experience preferred. • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently are crucial. In this role, you’ll lead the design of complex, automated packaging machinery—from initial concept through to production. You’ll collaborate with a skilled team of engineers and technical experts to deliver equipment that exceeds expectations for performance, safety, and reliability.
