Job Title: Line Technician Location: Winter Haven, FL Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday (4 days/week, rotating shifts) Pay Rates: • 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM): $22/hr • 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM): $24/hr • 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM): $26/hr Overview: Workforce Management is hiring Line Technicians for a local manufacturing facility. This role involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting aluminum can production equipment to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Set up, operate, and maintain production line equipment • Perform inspections, quality checks, and routine maintenance • Document production data and report issues Requirements: • 2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment • Must pass a background check and drug screen • Must be available to work all shifts (including days, evenings, and overnights) • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 12-hour shifts as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: • Day shift • Evening shift • Night shift • Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
